Grandparents: Now this picture here is of a cartoon show. This show is on PBS and is a high quality learning show. It takes great pride in teaching the young children good morals and only uses appropriate language. Many parents send money to the show monthly to support it and keep it on air, since they donate all procedes to charity. In depth this show is about 4 young boys trying to get a quality education and and keep true to their religion even through the peer pressures of school. They set a good example for all the children that watch it. The kids demonstrate good manners, respect for others and determionation. So if your grand kid wants to watch this show, let 'em!!!!!!!!!!
My Peers: South park is a bomb show. It's soooo funny!! All they do is swear and fart. Then whole show is based upon making fun of other people. The best ones are celebrity ones, they crack mad jokes. I be laughin all night long. my favorite episode is the one where Michael Jackson is new to their town and he has his son with him, named Blanket. And he goes under an undercover nameso no one knows who they are. The show is just funny and is a good distracter from homework every night.

It was a very good story! or whatever you want to call it. I liked how you were being all innocent with the grandparents like, "this is a very educational show, all of the kids are watching it!" but then you were totally different with your peers and saying, "this is a bomb show! everyone swears and makes fun of everybody!" i also like how with the grandparents you chose "cleaner" words to say around them but with the peers you used a little more "offensive" words.
the only thing I would change is maybe focus on what the show is about rather than just focusing on one episode in particular.
I really liked your blog. I thought you did a really good job speaking to the different audiences. You used a lot of different language with the peers and the grandparents, which made it very distinct as to who you were talking to. I like that your language is very proper and you use bigger words and longer sentences for Grandparents, but when you write to your peers it actually sounds like you are talking to them. However, I don't think that you can completely change the story from one side to the other. You are still describing the same show, so you can't tell one group its education and good for kids, and the other it is a homework distraction and all they do is swear. I think for the peers it is very good, but i don't think you should stretch the truth too far when you are talking to the grandparents!
